As a Christian author, preacher and TV presenter, Kate is a compelling and inspirational Christian speaker who draws on lessons from scripture, as well as her own unconventional faith journey and amazing experience of healing from advanced inoperable breast cancer to help us to understand how God can use all the circumstances of our lives – even the most challenging - to transform us into all he wants us to be.

Kate has spoken at churches, Christian events and literary festivals all over the UK and as far afield as Kenya and Australia, as well as on Zoom/Microsoft Teams/Google Meet on themes such as:


  • Where is God when it hurts? An exploration of one of the biggest questions that people often have about faith. Drawing on scripture and her own faith experience in the face of challenge of cancer, Kate looks at what we mean by healing., the challenge of trust and what it means to pray Thy will be done and really mean it..
  • Be still and know that I am God (Ps 46:10); an opportunity to explore a tradition of contemplative spirituality that goes back to the dawn of Christianity, and to meet with God in stillness at the centre of the storms of life.. . 
  • Your Soul Story: how to understand and share your faith journey and testimony in a way that will engage and inspire others.
